Maybe the league is not dead. First, new field. The city will never pay to
hav ethat one fixed and it is dangerous. Back bay is way better, and still a community field. Second, out of respect for the teams that respecteted the league and payed. A discount. Third, rules that are enforced especially pertaining to violence.
The reality is, people can't self police their behavior.
