Ali Habib,
Going by the table Guatemala wins the league because it seems unlikely the playoffs with happen. As to whether they are better than UMPI FC is open to debate. They tied and most who watched that game would agree that UMPI was tearing Guatemala apart and continued to do so even with 8 players. Sad to say but the referee bent on his personal agenda influenced that outcome of that game. While their task is almost thankless and to err is human, I think the referees have to be students of the game. Good refereeing is such that you would never notice they were there. Get better referees, fewer teams and a proper pitch like say Fitzpatrick stadium and maybe the league will be a success. In short, the league has to be better organized. It's a shame because there is a large international community in P town who love the game.

kobe, What are you talking about? Man, you're smarter when you don't say anything. Whether it's finals, semifinals or anything else it is still part of the play offs... ok! You're one sensitive dude with intelligence that would match that of a chicken.

To all coaches and captains,
The schedule and results update has been submitted to the webmaster and they will be posted shortly. Please check back to view the updates.
As you will see, we have suspended the play offs at this time. This is very disappointing, and unfair for teams that have paid their dues. Only 4 teams have paid in full despite efforts by the management to remind all teams on a regular basis that payments are due and we depend on them.
We have two games left to play this Sunday at Kennedy Park, so I encourage all teams with money still left to pay, to bring their payments on Sunday. This way we can try and organize a Fall tournament to replace the play-offs.
Thanks to those teams who paid and supported this league all season.
Cheers!

This league is really struggling. Besides all of the problems with the field, refs and players behavior on the field it seems that only about one third of teams have paid to play. That just completes the picture about quality of this tournament and character of (unfortunately) most of the teams. Hats off only to people who tried to organize the tournament and to few teams that played by organizers rules. Majority of you should be ashamed. In beginning, I really thought that this was start of something wonderful but was I wrong. Next year it will be even worse because normal teams are going to play elsewhere. I'm out!

Nobody else has been beaten 8 to 0. Elsalvador has some good players, but is not very good.
